Moto Jacket + Summer Dress

It's HUMP dayyyy!! Happy Wednesday style lovers.  Can I just say that my hair is E-VER-Y-THANG!!!!  I'd been toying with the idea of doing something different with my hair and finally decided on this tapered cut.  

Adding pieces to your wardrobe that can be worn multiple ways is key to maximizing your outfit options.  

It's finally "cold" in Atlanta, but I wasn't ready to let my summer wear go.  So I layered this red dotted dress with a white polka dot button-down shirt for a little mixed print action and this Moto jacket from H&M I bought two years ago.  In lieu of tights I wore long socks and booties.  Winterizing your summer wardrobe is definitely a good way to make the most of what you have.  You can do so much more with your summer clothes in the winter.  

Here are a few suggestions:

• Cover your summer dress with a cute sweatshirt

• Add a turtleneck or button-down shirt under a sleeveless dress

• Booties with tights and a blazer over a summery summer dress

• Thick tights under a pair of cutoffs

• Maxi skirt/dress paired with a hint of fur

• Layer! Layer! Layer!
